They are easy to communicate with by text (personally, this is incredibly convenient) and the ant issue is well controlled now. Nate in particular has been amazing to work with. Several years ago, Cal Termite & Pest Control performed a termite inspection on our newly purchased home. Upon moving in, we discovered an abundance of rat activity, which is typical for Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Cal Termite set traps in the attic, the crawl space beneath the house, and the garage, as well as closed off all access points for rodents to the structure. In addition, they placed bait boxes around the house. Since then, we have not seen any rodents nor their droppings. Today, Nate performed the monthly check and replenished the bait boxes as needed. Nate, as with all of Cal Termite’s service people, is professional and friendly. We have complete faith in Cal Termite & Pest Control and therefore highly recommend them.
