We've been using Cal Termite for about half a year now for an ongoing ant issue. They are easy to communicate with by text (personally, this is incredibly convenient) and the ant issue is well controlled now. Nate in particular has been amazing to work with. He is always patient and knowledgeable to answer any questions, and makes note of changes to the areas of the house that need service. The annual contract they offer is definitely worth it!

They Do a Great Job
We've been with this company for several years. They do a great job keeping our Camarillo home termite-free. Nate came out recently and did a whole house inspection and was wonderful! Several years ago, Cal Termite & Pest Control performed a termite inspection on our newly purchased home. Upon moving in, we discovered an abundance of rat activity, which is typical for Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Cal Termite set traps in the attic, the crawl space beneath the house, and the garage, as well as closed off all access points for rodents to the structure. In addition, they placed bait boxes around the house. Since then, we have not seen any rodents nor their droppings. Today, Nate performed the monthly check and replenished the bait boxes as needed. Nate, as with all of Cal Termite’s service people, is professional and friendly. We have complete faith in Cal Termite & Pest Control and therefore highly recommend them.
